Development Activator - Girls Cricket

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to engage with schools and club to deliver girls cricket programmes and coaching sessions.
We aim to deliver a high quality experience to children at all levels of the game. In this role you will be responsible for delivering fun, interactive cricket sessions. Key tasks involve: Delivering cricket sessions to girls in-school Delivering girls lunchtime and afterschool programmes Communicating with secondary schools to organise and deliver sessions in their schools Booking in schools for delivery sessions and programmes Promoting, organising and running two female festival days for girls in the year 5-8 and year 9-10 age groups Providing other school coaching sessions as per specific requests by the school. Organising and delivering an after school Girls only competition.
Candidates will need:
Coaching experience To be great with children - previous experience working with kids is preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills A car and driver's license as there is travel involved. Sessions can be held at schools anywhere from Manurewa down to Tuakau. A petrol allowance will be provided.
This is a fixed term position from the end of January to beginning of April. The role is for approx. 32 hours per week, between the hours of 9am-5pm. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour. APPLY NOW!!
