As a member of the Technology Operations team, you will thrive on being responsible for: Providing outstanding customer service across the business, helping set up new users, solve our team's IT challenges and support core technology systems and processes Contributing to the Technology Operations' team goal of continuous improvement and proactive support for the business and its systems As our ideal candidate, you will: Thrive on being customer focused, consistently considering the end user experience and how you can support the best user experience for our team members Have a university degree in computer science or other relevant field, or have an equivalent body of knowledge Have at least 1 year of experience in an IT support role with troubleshooting experience and working knowledge of network and PC operating systems In line with our values, we look for friendly, professional people who will represent the airport well, in every interaction internally and externally.
