Needed are two Design Technicians to join our busy Nelson office to assist in meeting the needs of clients through the provision of CAD Draughting services with a focus on transportation, civil and civil structural engineering. Responsibilities include providing quality draughted design outputs for clients which met the requirements of project and task plans.

Skills and Experience:
National Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification or qualifying work experience.
Current clean Drivers Licence
Between 3 and 8 years professional experience in CAD Draughting.
Practical experience in the use of Civil 12D and/or REVIT
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication and particularly the ability to present ideas, information and advice in a way that is understandable by a range of audiences.
Computer literate; proficient in Windows 2000 or later, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent self-management skills, including working effectively without direct supervision, managing and organising fluctuating workloads in sometimes stressful situations.
