The Connexa team is focused on ensuring Aotearoa is keeping up with this increasing demand, both today and into the future, by building an additional 800 towers over the next eight years to support the required growth in coverage and capacity.Working at Connexa will challenge you, broaden your horizons and give you the opportunity to make your mark on a totally new segment of New Zealand's telecommunications industry.Your core responsibilities will include:Prepare and interpret specifications, drawings, and regulations for the passive infrastructure build.Produce 'bill of materials' for the project based on design requirements and providing a future forecast.Develop concept design, plan and track progress.Provide technical input into the design and delivery of the project.Working collaboratively with property, engineering, and delivery colleagues, supporting successful project delivery end to end.Liaise and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient build completion.Manage sub-contracting partners to improve delivery and business flexibility.Adhere to relevant NZ compliance standards and Connexa Workplace Health & Safety policies.Participate in technical information sharing forums to represent Connexa.RequirementsPassive infrastructure build experience.Telecommunications engineering experience.Relevant tertiary qualification desirable.Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.Fantastic communication skills in all formats.A creative approach to problem-solving.Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace.A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement.BenefitsIn return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, Southern Cross health insurance, life insurance, Marram holidays as well as an annual wellbeing day.To express your interest, APPLY online today!
