Department Manager - Manukau

We are currently seeking dedicated Department Manager to join our experienced and passionate Manukau management team.
Your key responsibility in this role is to drive department sales through excellence in your teams selling and customer service delivery.

If you are up to the challenge of being a hands on Department Manager who knows how to lead and motivate your team, build a positive culture, control stock flow, manage reserves and daily merchandising and assist with loss prevention, then we are keen to speak with you.
The position is for 80 hours per fortnight and will involve some weekend work and flexibility for early starts or late nights as part of the management roster.
