Join our collegial Community Oral Health Service team - we're confident you'll find many appealing aspects; but chief among them is the influence you can have on a generation of children's oral health. Our team of 44 staff are spread throughout the Nelson/Marlborough region.
About the role
We have two full-time permanent positions based in the Nelson area. Your role will be to provide dental services to children enrolled from birth. The team will tell you how much they love the relationships formed over the years with children and their families.
Oh, and did we mention paid leave over Christmas, which is over and above your annual leave entitlement? Whatever your motivation - it's crucial you have current New Zealand Dental Therapist Registration and an Annual Practising Certificate. A driver's licence would also be advantageous.
About you
If you're a recent Oral Health graduate and you are seeking a breadth of work, including working on a mobile dental clinic around the Nelson/Tasman region; this is a great launching pad. You'll work with state of the art equipment including dental imaging, receive comprehensive training, a tailored orientation programme and be assigned a mentor. This position will equally appeal to Dental Therapists if you're looking to relocate, or return to Nelson.
