Dental Assistant & Receptionist - Whitianga

Lumino The Dentists is New Zealand's largest dental healthcare provider with over 125 practices across the country.
Our Whitianga practice is looking for a part-time Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join their busy team for the below days and hours:
* Tuesday: 8.30am - 1.00pm
* Wednesday: 8.30am - 2.00pm
* Thursday: 8.15am - 5.30pm
* Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
* Wednesday: 8.30am - 3.00pm
* Thursday: 8.15am - 5.30pm
* Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

As our Dental Assistant, you will fully support our clinicians by assisting them during patient appointments. You will also take full responsibility for instrument sterilisation and infection control.
Having a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease is important as a Dental Assistant as you will take the lead in the customer relationship. You will also assist reception with any patient recalls and appointment bookings as necessary. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are well presented, flexible with your time and reliable. Being able to pick up extra shifts to cover sick leave and annual leave is a bonus.
