Our Kerry Hamilton Dental, New Plymouth practice is looking for a Dental Assistant to join their team for the below days and hours:
Monday - Thursday:8.00am - 5.00pm
Dental Assistants (DAs) are an absolutely critical part of any successful Dental practice. Yours is a busy and rewarding role, where you'll work closely with your Clinician to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
You'll enjoy taking a leading role in ensuring our patients are happy and healthy, making them feel at ease as you work with your team to deliver a world-class patient experience every day. It goes without saying that the safety of our patients and teams is paramount, so you're focused on delivering best practice sterilisation and infection control. A typical day in a Lumino practice might also see you assist reception with patient recalls and appointment bookings.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding customer focus and relationship management skills.
Excellent personal presentation.
Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.
Strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure.
