Job Description

In this role, you will:
Prepare and plate a la carte, buffet, and pastry items to a consistently high standardEnsure the kitchen remains spotless and compliant with all food safety and hygiene regulationsStep up to supervise operations when senior chefs are off dutyWork closely with Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experienceStay across current culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to menu planningSupport and guide junior chefs, helping to foster a positive team culture in the kitchen Qualifications

You will be:
A passionate Demi Chef de Partie with at least 3 years of experience in a 4–5 star hotel kitchen or top-tier restaurantTrained and qualified in culinary arts, with solid knife skills and technical know-howSomeone who brings creativity to the plate, with a strong eye for detail and presentationConfident running the kitchen solo on overnight shifts, taking charge of both prep and serviceAble to follow precise prep instructions and maintain consistency in every dishFully flexible to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information
