We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate Demi Chef looking to take the next exciting step in their culinary career. As a Demi, you'll be integral in maintaining Fed Deli's on-going success and enjoy action packed services and be comfortable working in an open-kitchen environment.
You'll be hungry to learn and thrive on a challenge to work in such a fast paced environment. If you've managed to visit Federal Delicatessen or our restaurant Depot, you'll see what we mean! Grill or Hotplate experience is highly desirable as is a mix of counter and line work.
Besides working alongside a team of experienced culinary professionals, you'll also get the chance to learn from our Head Chef Rob and Al himself. A love of Jewish American food and getting the New York deli vibe is a definite positive as well. Our team lives and breathes this authentic and exciting concept.
