Are you ready to be a part of it?
Our Demand Planning Manager role is a greenfields role where you will have responsibility for all consensus forecasting activities globally and will lead the development and execution of the demand planning cycle.
You will ensure business partnerships and governance processes are followed to support quality, robust long-range forecasting across all regions and businesses, which of course is aligned to our commercial priorities.
You will also ensure customer demand requirements are met and balanced with supply chain capabilities, and broader risks and opportunities.
You will prepare and facilitate the monthly Pharma & Consumer Demand Reviews within the Integrated Business Planning cycle
You will support product lifestyle management activities and portfolio reviews to maximise the value of Douglas' investments.
What you'll bring and be valued for
At least 5 years' experience in demand planning or alternate planning roles.
Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices.
An understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is also preferred.
Advanced knowledge in demand planning, forecasting and statistical processes.
Experience of SAP ERP systems, especially Material Requirements Planning and Production Process; and forecasting software.
Exposure to the FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
A university qualification in statistics, logistics, business, or operations management/supply chain is desired.
