The end-to-end service we offer ensures customers receive the right product for them through live demonstrations, support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases.Job DescriptionOur Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers.The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you.
Your day will be varied, and your lunch break view will change every day!
You will engage with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpack and install it, and dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.As a key point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience!This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours/week, with a pay rate of $27.30/hr, working Tuesday to Saturday.Hours are typically 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, but flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary depending on the delivery schedule.QualificationsThis is a physically demanding role requiring someone with good strength who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.
