Job Description
Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!
The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you.
Your day will be varied, and it's safe to say, your lunch break view will look different every day!
You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.
As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!
This is a permanent, full-time position 40 hours/week with a pay rate of $27.30/hr working Tuesday - Saturday.
Hours are commonly 7:00 am – 4:00 pm but a level of flexibility will be required as start and finish times can be subject to change depending on delivery schedule for the day.
Qualifications
This is a physically demanding role requiring someone with a good degree of strength, who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.

Can be on their feet for long periods of time.
Is physically fit and able.
Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work.
Understands customer needs and can create a great experience for them.
Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
Maintains work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
Is responsible for safety when driving, for yourself, others, and the products.
Holds a Full, clean NZ Driver's License.
