I work with a team of clever individuals who continually push the boundaries in financial services and I have an amazing opportunity to share:Is this your next role?You will take the lead on a delivery work stream and work with a team of developers, designers and UX specialists to research, plan and deliver solutions for super important business problems and initiatives. You will work with your Delivery Manager to understand the business requirements, and convert those into deliverable chunks for your Developers and key members of the Ecosystem team. You’ll work with our Quality Analyst and testing teams to check what has been delivered. Your team will be 100% dedicated to delivering the solution, given you and your pods’ success is measured in time.Does this sound like you?You’re a master in the creation of things that didn’t previously exist. You’ll understand your stakeholder’s proposition or pain point and work with the team to imagine something amazing. You live a little in two worlds, understanding your stakeholders’ needs, but also understanding what your developers and technical teams need to deliver the innovative solutions you design. We measure our success in days, so you’re ok working in fast sprints. You’re a:Business Analyst with some experience in the financial sectorTranslator between the business team and the technical team understanding a bit of each worldProblem spotter, but you can also provide solutionsYou’ve also got:The ability to create beautiful technical documents that enable technical people to understand the solutionPrototyping and wire framing expertise to easily demonstrate how solutions will workPeople skills – you work well with a wide range of personalitiesExperience working in ‘pods’ or small teams that deliver in short sprints or timeframes.Can you see yourself here?Our Heartland – it’s in our name.
