What you will do
Reporting to the Service Director, you will manage independent dealer relationships in the Lower North Island and South Island regions & work closely with all departments of Scania New Zealand to support improved customer satisfaction levels. You will be responsible for;
Implementing the Scania strategy and development of Dealers in relation to the parts business
Proactively develop customer relationships through delivering excellent customer service
Assist with building and developing new and existing parts business
Support independent dealer network in relation to core workshop processes
Support independent dealer network with training
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a parts or service environment within heavy vehicle/automotive or related industry. You will have strong commercial acumen, demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and have a drive for proactive selling. You will hold a current driver’s licence, heavy vehicle endorsement an advantage.
