That is how we do business.The OpportunityBDO Auckland's Deal Advisory team is seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance practice.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with private equity firms, corporate clients and business owners to help them achieve their strategic growth and exit objectives.As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role across a broad range of engagements including:Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisoryFinancial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)ValuationsCapital raisingFinancial modellingYou will be exposed to end-to-end transaction processes and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
This role offers a clear pathway to further advancement within the firm and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded transaction advisor.What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and commercially astute professional who brings:A strong foundation in corporate finance, ideally with 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Deals, Transaction Services, or M&A environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality client reports and presentationsA proactive, self-driven attitude with the confidence to take ownership of workstreamsA collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and support junior team membersWhy BDO?At BDO, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values professional growth, innovation, and client impact.
