Our values are:Tautiaki | TrustEach and every role plays an integral part in what we do.About the RoleOur donor database is our 'one source of truth' we rely heavily on this information being up-to-date, clean, and accurate at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and managing the fundraising database to support our strategic fundraising objectives.Working within the Marketing & Fundraising team, you will support the fundraising goals through precise audience targeting, segmentation, data imports/exports, and detailed reporting on donor engagement and campaign performance. You will work with internal stakeholders to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in donor retention, acquisition, and stewardship.You are detail-oriented and place emphasis on best practices for database management, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and fundraising guidelines.While you are a technical expert, you also pride yourself on your ability to communicate knowledge, insight, and recommendations in a clear, succinct, and action-oriented manner.This is a 2-year fixed-term role which is part-time, 20 hours per week.What we provideAside from working with a group of passionate people making a difference for families facing childhood cancer, we offer flexible working hours and the option to work from home one day per week. We will also provide all the tools to get the job done!What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who loves databases! Someone with an analytical mind who enjoys diving deep into data and bringing it to life.
