As Services Engineer, you will provide technical support and will see you responding to inquiries via telephone, email, online portals and site visits.What you'll need to succeed
You will be a a motivated Data Center Facilities superstar responsible for providing:Frontline support for System Integrators, End Users, Electrical Contractors, Panel builders, Electrical Distributors and Consultants.Inspecting project installations prior to commissioning and commissioning of equipmentProviding technical information and assistance on the Data Centre Facility equipment (1/3 phase UPS, Rectifiers, Cooling units, Modular Data Center solutions and components)Recording accurate information relating to site visits, unit replacement, defective parts and repairsAttending service callouts, completion of repairs and resolution of issuesDocumentation of activities and findings in a case management systemBuilding strong relationships with customers and service partnerBe part of a 24/7 on call rosterWhat you'll get in return
