Regional Internal Audit (RIA) plays a key role in helping the DHBs meet their objectives. This is achieved by providing assurance around the effectiveness of internal controls and advising managers and staff regarding their process efficiency initiatives.This is a permanent, full time role reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor CAATTs. You will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of internal controls around key business processes that would achieve the DHBs objectives and maximise their performance.
This role requires assisting in analysing large data sets with accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.You will also be responsible for the development and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to support both auditing processes and administrative procedures.About you:
Ideally we are looking for someone who is a fast learner and enjoys working in a team. You will need to be customer focussed and have excellent problem solving skills & a drive for success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Advanced Excel skills and have experience (or willing to learn) other file interrogation software (eg ACL).
Knowledge and understanding on the development and use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
At least one year experience working in a professional services environment reviewing and evaluating accounting, business processes and operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with various key stakeholders across the businesses.
You will have strong analysis and problem solving skills and keen attention to detail.
