Let's continue our journey together.What you'll be doing:Reporting to the Lead Data Analyst, you will work as part of a small team conducting data extraction, reporting and analysis to highlight insights to the business, with a focus on projects related to remediation.With your excellent communication and time management skills, you will have the ability to make the most of your business knowledge and analytical skills to drive improvements and truly add value to our team and company.
Your day to day will be:Investigating and analysing data to identify customers requiring remediationPreparing data extracts for customer communications and financial reconciliationManaging and supporting daily, weekly and monthly report productionUndertaking ad-hoc data extraction, analysis and report production to inform the business in key decision-makingMaintaining strong working relationships across our businessA bit about you:You're the kind of person who loves to analyse and solve problems.
