The Farm Manager has an inclusive management style where everyone has a say and everyone’s ideas are considered. Being a smaller farm, you really get to know your land, your animals, and your team. You’ll enjoy working with the animals, running toolbox meetings, and performing general repairs around the farm such as fencing, etc. Employees are encouraged to grow and develop and the farm manager makes time to work with you on the skills you’d like to develop.This farm offers a fantastic work/life balance, running half the year on a 4/2 roster, and the other half of the year on a 6/2 roster.
