Dairy Production Manager (2Ic)

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

This is no ordinary farm and we are looking for an extraordinary person to help us drive production and efficiency on farm. You must skilled in pasture manager and be able to focus on efficient pasture utilisation. As a working team lead, you'll confidently delegate work and carry on your own work independently and keep the farm running effectively and efficiently. You'll be an important resource for feed allocation, animal health and breeding, and animal records. You'll also work closely with the farm team to ensure continued success, leading the dairy assistants, casuals and contractors to deliver and develop.

Ideally you'll have strong leadership and motivation skills, a first class attitude to Health and Safety, animal welfare and environmental management, and proven knowledge of grazing and pasture management, feed budgeting and profit maximisation.
