Dairy Farm Assistant Needed In Rotorua

We are looking for a dairy farm assistant for our dairy farm. We are looking for a keen young employee who wants to gain knowledge in farming in New Zealand. We are looking for an assistant to help with milking cows. Experience isn't necessary however it is a real bonus if you do have some farming knowlege and are able to ride quads or motorbikes or drive tractors and milk cows. The accommodation provided is a self contained furnished 2 bedroom unit with bathroom/shower and kitchen (shared) We currently have an Irish lad with us. The roster is 12 days on and 2 days off. We have had a few backpackers help us over the years and all have been wonderful to us and we would like to keep employing traveling workers. This position would be for 3 months, but we would consider a longer placement if needed, perfect for those who are traveling. Position is available to start immediately. Must have own transportation as we live 15 minutes from town. $18 per hour and board is $50 per week. Guaranteed 45 hours+ a week.
