Overseeing the CWNOC Maintenance Contract, you will drive business and contract deliverables while ensuring performance measures are met.Te kowhiringa | The OpportunityIn this key leadership role, you'll work with the Network Maintenance Manager and CWNOC Leadership team to shape and implement business strategy while supporting commercial and profitable operations.
Your main focus will be overseeing CWNOC Maintenance activities across the contract network, ensuring work meets client and stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving targets for productivity, budget, quality, and safety.In Addition, You WillEnsure the team maintains an unwavering focus on Zero HarmManage all maintenance operations across the entire CWNOC Contract NetworkStrengthen relationships with clients, ensuring we deliver as promised, every timeGrow and develop the team by providing clear, positive leadershipEnsure contracts are delivered as expectedCollaborate with the BOP Maintenance Manager and CWNOC Contract Manager to retain and enhance current business, and explore opportunities for new businessLead and support the maintenance and operational teams to achieve successful outcomesThis is a Full-Time, Permanent position based from our Rotokawa, Taupo depot.Nga pukenga matua | Important SkillsAs an experienced leader, you'll bring with you the following:A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field is desirableExperience managing the full project lifecycle, from tendering to deliveryA proven track record in developing a culture that supports SQE management, encouraging and rewarding excellenceLeadership, prioritizing people and providing decisive direction to teams and the wider businessExcellent strategic planning skills, with a focus on delivering business-as-usual (BAU) operations with excellence while driving market growth.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsProven expertise in financial and performance managementExtensive experience in the construction industry, including commercial acumen, project controls, programme management, and resource planning.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple suppliers and subcontractors effectively.Clear leadership behaviours that empower and inspire teams.Ko te take ka parekareka e koe ki te mahi ki konei | Why you will enjoy working hereDowner Is Committed To Delivering Excellence By Ensuring Our People Have The Environment And The Means To Be Successful.
