What you will do
In this role, you will be able to apply and develop your excellent customer service, supervisory and prioritisation skills.
You will work collaboratively with Customer Support Agents, together agreeing task priorities and timeframes for completing work accurately.
You will be “Supporting those who Serve” by providing a range of administration services, including:
Frontline customer service for queries and services
Organising, co-ordinating and completing incoming work
Teaching new Customer Support Agents about new tasks and systems
Coordinating travel and much more!
What we need
We are looking for an experienced customer service supervisor with a positive attitude and willingness and ability to play their part in Team Defence Shared Services at Devonport.
You will also have:
Proven supervisor and customer service skills, with an ability to tailor communication as required
Excellent literacy skills and great written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated positive team work experience
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
Digital technology literacy, including Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work focussing on detail
Confidence learning new technology would be advantageous
A full Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence would be advantageous.
