Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer support strategies to meet the needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.2. Lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, resolving escalated issues with tact and efficiency.6. Oversee the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.7. Ensure that customer support team members adhere to company policies and standards, providing coaching and feedback as needed.8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support, implementing new strategies to enhance our service offerings.9. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Proven experience in a customer support management role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.6. Driven and resilient personality traits, with a strong focus on achieving results.7.
