Silver Fern Farms is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success. This includes onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, troubleshooting issues, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns- Onboard new customers and provide product demonstrations and training sessions- Proactively engage with customers to promote product adoption and usage- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field- Strong presentation and communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Hardworking and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Benefits:- Employee discounts on Silver Fern Farms products- Disability insurance coverage- Parental leave for new parents- Opportunities for professional growth and development At Silver Fern Farms, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.
