Within our Animal Management business, we're passionate about putting our technology to work to make farm life easier and more profitable for our customers, ensuring a positive impact on environmental and animal welfare issues.The RoleWe need a bilingual customer service superstar to join our team to ensure we surpass the expectations of our distributors and customers every day.We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton to be responsible for interacting with our Rest of World customers based in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
You'll also work closely with internal teams to provide an exceptional service.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be:Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat etc.
)Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing and policiesTroubleshooting and resolving customer issues and collaborating with other departments/teams to address complex concernsProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyUpdating customers on orders status and delivery timeframesFollowing established procedures to handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claimsMaintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and featuresThe FitTo excel in this role, you'll need to have strong customer service skills gained through experience in a similar role.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required, as you'll be communicating with our customers in Latin America frequently.To enable you to hit the ground running, you would've ideally worked in customer service and/or sales order management and possibly in the agriculture sector.
You'll have a customer-focused attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
You'll also have:At least two years' customer service experienceProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, SAP/ERP and other relevant softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience supporting fencing products or a strong farming background would be an advantageA qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantageStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAdaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry trendsTo apply for this job, you must currently live in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in NZ.Why Gallagher?At Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
