The Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team in Auckland.
Departmental/Operational Key Responsibilities may Include:
Ensuring that customer documentation relied upon by the Operation is complete and accurate;
Ensuring that accurate and timely communications are maintained between customers (both internal and external) with regards to the logistics operation;
Ensure that inbound shipments and outbound orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with Schenker's customer service agreements;
Ensuring that the total Logistics Department despatch and inventory reporting for internal and external customers is completed and communicated in a timely and professional manner;
Co-ordinate tasks and/or special customer request including despatch logistics requirements to the stores personnel;
Ensuring that administrative procedures are adhered to; Liaise with other departments with regard to common issues and/or procedures;
Managing and delegating all e-mail and telephone communications directed to the Logistics Department.
Competencies and Skills Required:
3PL / Supply Chain experience;
Customer Services experience;
Moderate level of computer literate (including Excel);
Sound knowledge of RF scanning and WMS system;
Ability to work proactively;
Ability to identify and solve problems;
Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
