We are looking for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to be the face of our business in Kerikeri! Full Time, permanent position available Entry Level position with training provided Based at Kerikeri Airport A supportive, friendly, and caring culture Big international company with an opportunity to move internally About the Role: From our customer counter, you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings. To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time. What we are looking for : Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role Previous experience within the retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. As we operate 7 days a week, you will be required to work 40 hours per week as per our rotating roster between 8 am and 9 pm. This means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required. What's on offer: $24.20 per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.
