This is a unique opportunity for a motivated person with excellent customer service skills and a passion for marketing a positive and flexible attitude and a commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience for our global eCommerce stores The role will require your proactively shaping the customers end to end experience managing social and email communications resolving operational queries and working seamlessly alongside our marketing team We are operating in a dynamic global environment selling highquality specialist apparel products to consumers The position requires someone who is dedicated flexible and enthusiastic It will suit a selfmanaging problem solver with exceptional written communications who is able to work independently and as part of a small high performing team and who enjoys learning and development This key role is offered on a fulltime basis at our office in Epsom in Central Auckland with a great work environment and easy street parking KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer experience and care via Zendesk email and some phone support faultless written and verbal communication is essential Social Media and Marketing management and support Manage reporting of customer experience and insights Assist the wider operations team with adhoc projects as necessary About You You will be proactive enthusiastic and able to step up to a role where you can make a difference You will have impeccable verbal and written English communication You will demonstrate advanced computer skills and must be experienced with Microsoft Office Experience with Zendesk Cin7 is ideal but not a requirement You will be a problem solver who actively seeks to find simple effective solutions to problems You will have had customer service experience and be able to liaise with people from all walks of life You will have experience with social media management You will have a friendly and professional manner You will be reliable and organised showing excellent time management skills You must be legally entitled to work full time in NZ You demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail You will be able to maintain confidence accuracy and flexibility under pressure You will work successfully as part of a team as well as autonomously You may be a highly competent marketing graduate with customer service experience looking for your next opportunity Other Information The role is Fulltime based at our offices in Epsom with easy street parking Positive company culture Salary will be commensurate with experience If you are the right person for this role and for our company we d love to hear from you please apply now to via Seek including your CV and a relevant cover letter explaining why you are the best candidate for us
