The primary purpose of this position is to resolve hardware and network connectivity issues, including completion of preventative maintenance, doing so professionally, efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities include:Installation of MFD's including setup of device drivers across multiple OS types.Providing quality and timely preventative maintenance and repairs to our client base of MFD's.Providing and maintaining a high level of performanceProviding high level of customer satisfaction directly to internal and external customersMonitoring and managing stock levels of assigned inventory accuratelyOur requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels. Therefore, sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and a commitment to the Toshiba Values will ensure success.Skills and experience required:Proven experience in the installation & configuration of MFD's in various OS environmentsDemonstrated experience servicing MFDs including networkingExcellent customer service skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsTechnical aptitude / troubleshooting skills & the ability to learn concepts quicklyBasic computer skills & experience using a field service systemA current & valid driver's license is essentialMust have current ESTA licenseOur companyToshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing.
