Can you be the key link between our sales team, customers and other key partners?
This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact. The support you provide will be varied; which could range from taking a customer through the ins and outs of their latest purchase, ensuring orders are shipped to the right place at the right time, or spending time chatting to our global sales teams to assist in the next big project quotation!
Our Sales Order Management team is responsible for processing export orders and providing a high level of customer service to our partners globally. To keep up with our demands for order processing, we are now looking for an exceptional candidate to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast - paced environment with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of what you do. You’ll need to be computer proficient in this role, customer focussed, a good communicator, have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As part of a team you will need to be cool, calm and collected in all forms of contact including New Zealand and Australian 0800 phone lines support.
We require a highly organised team member who can work under strict deadlines, is not averse to change and is a lateral thinker with high attention to detail. You will have previous experience in customer service, order processing and Supply Chain knowledge. Your numerical & systems ability and communication skills will be first class. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with SAP ERP/CRM, manufacturing and operations, and some knowledge of export logistics would be advantageous. More importantly you will bring a high degree of energy, flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to learn.
