Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll join a large team of 9.
In this role, you will support our Waipukurau Rural Supplies team completing a variety of tasks including deliveries, storeroom duties, and customer service in our retail shop.About the role:Customer Service role / Storeperson, permanent full time, 40 hours Monday to Friday + rostered Saturday morningsOperate company vehicles such as forklifts, utes, and delivery vehicles safelyApply excellent attention to detail to accurately receive and process inwards/outwards goodsFollow direction and processes as you load the PGW delivery truck and ute/trailer and complete deliveries to clients' sitesAttend to assigned tasks in a timely manner to ensure efficient operations of the StoreUse your exceptional customer service skills to greet and serve customersAssist with loading/unloading deliveriesNetwork with customers as you share your knowledgeable advice about our extensive product rangeSkills & Experience:A full, current, and clean NZ drivers' license, with the ability to operate a manual vehicle and reverse trailers.
