This is a hands-on/fast passed role where you'll be working across multiple systems and platforms.
You'll join a friendly, collaborative team who work together to keep things running smoothly across Australia and New Zealand.What You'll Be DoingProcessing customer orders (manual entry and EDI) for Australia and processing customer orders (manual entry & EDI) for Australia and New ZealandResponding to inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups as part of scheduled call cyclesMonitoring and actioning orders and consumer inboxesSupporting with CRM and administrationActioning assigned reports and investigating delivery issuesManaging customer portals to action service and quality complaints to ensure prompt resolution internally and externallyPrioritising urgent orders and liaising with couriers, warehouse, and sales teamsThis is a full-time, Monday to Friday working 10:30am-7pm, based in our East Tamaki office.
