Customer Service Representative | East Tamaki | Fixed Term contract

* Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
* $26.84 per hour
* Location: 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki, Auckland
* Fixed Term contract until 4th of October 2025

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions. This role is based at our Auckland Operations Centre in East Tamaki.

In this dynamic role you will:

* Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner including managing complaints
* Assess undeliverables and scan items, record information in our system
* Completing general administrative duties
* Lift up to 25kg
* Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and services
* Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike

Shift:

* Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

* Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
* Be comfortable with a physcial role (you will lift up to 25kgs)
* A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
* Comfortable using new systems and confident in using MS Office
* Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
