Based at our Queenstown Operations Centre in Jock Boyd Place, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
In this dynamic role you will:
Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
Provide information and support regarding Courierpost products and services
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike
Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:
Able to work Monday - Friday 8.20am - 5.20pm
Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
Comfort using new systems and processes
Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
