Our impressive 7 day Albany branch has a dynamic and organised, warm and friendly team who go above and beyond for our customers by offering a superior level of customer service. As part of Westfield’s Albany Mall, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to retail stores, cinema, cafes and restaurants.
We are looking for a passionate, hardworking individual who strives to excel in their role, a good sense of humour and a team approach will see you fitting in well. Albany is a huge growth area and we have a wonderfully diverse customer base.

What do I need?You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers that bank with us face-to-face. Quick-thinking and solutions-focussed, you’ll provide exceptional experiences for all branch customers, welcoming them, identifying their needs and resolving service and simple enquiries.
Customer service is your game and you have a genuine desire to help.
You are keen on a career in banking and looking for progression.
You are a self-starter, with great communication skills and no job is too big or small.
Great attention to detail and you pride yourself on getting things right.
You have a can-do attitude, a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering your customers' unexpressed needs.
If you speak Korean, that would be the icing on the cake!
