About the Customer Service Representative role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers that bank with us face-to-face. Quick-thinking and solutions-focussed, you’ll provide exceptional experiences for all branch customers, welcoming them, identifying their needs and resolving service and simple enquiries.

You are a self-starter, with great communication skills and no job is too big or small.
Great attention to detail and you pride yourself on getting things right.
