We currently haveCasualopportunities for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives in our nationalContact Centrebased in Penrose. These are roles with potential to go permanent with a strong and secure kiwi brand.
Our recruitment process will follow the Covid-19 guidelines such as video interviews.
Our award winning inbound Contact Centre is a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day.
You need to be a people person and a natural communicator; your efforts will not only reward you but will genuinely help others who are in need of professional, friendly and efficient service.
As this is a customer service role in a contact centre, some other traits that will help you include computer skills, listening skills, reasoning skills and a can-do attitude.
You will also need to be able to work a rotating roster that has potential weekend work.
