As an In-Store Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience for our customers in store. We offer awesome products and we know our customers purchase from us because we also offer them expert service.
In this role you will be the liaison between customer and bike mechanic, providing support to the bike lead and the Bike Workshop in general, liaising and going through the bike intake process with customers. You will typically be the first touch point in our store for customers.
You will also be selling bikes and assisting with bike tasks such as safety checks, tyre changes, bike fitting and service recommendations. A passion and knowledge of bikes is important in this role!!
This role will be for 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
A good understanding and passion for bikes
Demonstratable knowledge of bike parts and their basic mechanical functions
Confidence with computers
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to problem solve and think laterally
The ability to work under pressure, sell and use your initiative
