The next-step in your customer service career

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can match our passion for adding value and driving performance across the business. The purpose of this role is to maintain strong relationships with our customers through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
As part of our inbound Customer Service team your main daily duties will include the execution of customer orders and driving issue resolution to deliver positive customer experience
Enjoying daily interactions with internal and external customers, you’ll help to get things organised in a quick and efficient manner, help resolve issues, and provide a high-end level of care and support.
About You:You’ll come from a proven background in customer service from a large complex company, as well as having experience in dealing with managing multiple customers, order management and escalations.
You’ll be proactive, have amazing relationship building skills and be passionate about keeping your customers happy and updated at all stages.

SAP or Salesforce skills are highly preferred
Proactive & fast working
Passionate & highly energised personality
Great level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
