Details of the offer

job description

My client is a large corporate company and are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support their Claims team for a three month temporary contract starting on either the 8th of 15th of July (TBA). This is a Work from Home position so you will need to have a work desk and internet connection to be considered.
There is potential that this role could be extended until the end of the year so long term availability is a must.
The hours for this position are 37.5 per week. This role involves a two weekly rotating roster and shifts will fall between 8am - 6pm Monday to Sunday. You must be available to work both weekends if required.
The Role
As a Claims Consultant you would be responsible for resolving and responding to customer claims, processing, providing claims advice and settlements for Direct Insurance products and services.
This will involve but is not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from customers in a call centre environment
- Responding to email enquiries
- Entering information accurately using in-house systems
- Working as part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner
Full training is provided and we need you to be available for the first two weeks of this assignment to ensure you do not miss any information.
Ideal candidate
My ideal candidate has a customer service or call centre background. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, be tech savvy, and have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. A high level of written and oral communication skills are required for this position.
You must be available to start on either the 8th or 15th of July and be able to work the advertised hours. As mentioned previously, this is a work from home position so you must have a work desk set up, and reliable internet connection.
All candidates will need to pass a pre-employment credit check and Ministry of Justice check.
How to apply
We are anticipating a large volume of interest in these roles so please apply online in the first instance. Applications close at 5pm on Tuesday the 16th of June. You do not need to submit a cover letter.
At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
