Sugar Australia currently has an excellent opportunity for a 12 month fixed term Customer Service officer to join the team at our Yarraville office facility with the potential for permanency. Working closely with the supply chain, production teams, industrial and retail sales teams you will be responsible for an allocated client group taking high volume orders and answering customer enquiries.
This role is not your traditional customer service position, as you will responsible for
Accurate entry of orders using SAP
FMCG environment experience
Experiences within high volume order processing
Responding to high volume telephone and sales enquires
Maintenance of customer details in SAP
Investigation of customer claims with Sales, Supply and Logistics teams
Develop and maintain a close relationship with customers and proactively assist them in business interactions
Liaise with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer requirements can be met
Ensure that unusual customer orders are investigated and followed up, via liaising with Marketing and Supply Chain (eg. Marketing activities, non-forecasted orders.
Ensure all DIFOTIS data is recorded in SAP and associated systems (eg. Late Cancellation, Quality Issue)
Assist in promoting Sugar Australia products and services to customers via customer conversations.
Liaise with Accounts Receivable Department as required in relation to current days customer credit holds.
Management of incoming communications including emails, faxes and telephone enquiries
Supporting wider team members and internal relationships to promote high function team outcomes
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, you must have experience in similar role, where you have demonstrated accurate, high volume data entry and business-to-business customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in FMCG and thrive in a high pressure, busy office environment.
The proactive, high-calibre candidate we seek will have excellent SAP skills and a high attention to detail. You will also be able to problem solve, learn quickly, and have a good telephone manner. You will be a team player who is flexible and has the desire to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
