Customer Service Officer Permanent Part time Located at our Eastridge Clinic at our Eastridge Shopping centre Opportunity to make a difference to peoples lives Exclusive Rewards Program Available for All Employees WHO IS AUDIKA Audika is part of a world leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions and services to help people with hearing loss connect and communicate with the world around them Worldwide the group employs more than 14 000 staff in more than 30 countries and distributes hearing healthcare and intelligent audio solutions to people in more than 130 countries In New Zealand Audika has 30 modern hearing clinics throughout New Zealand who provide hearing services to our valued clients Our focus is to provide personalised and expert hearing healthcare to all New Zealanders as we know there is a no one fits all solution when it comes to hearing As a valued member of the Audika team you will join this effort to help people reach their full hearing potential The Role As a brand ambassador for Audika this is a pivotal role within our hearing clinics Your overall mission and purpose is to deliver personalised hearing care by providing exceptional customer service You will be a significant contributor in driving maximum sales opportunities by maximising accessory sales and customer care plans and ensuring a well presented clinic consistent with our premium brand and promise Generally you will both be rostered 2 full days across Mon Fri 9 00am 5 00pm We do require some flexibility to assist at other clinics if necessary We also require you to be flexible to work additional days to assist with cover for sick annual special leave requirements You will work closely with our valued clients to provide them with the best possible service Working alongside our hearing clinicians you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients Main duties responsibilities Customer Care Provide customer care and premium brand service to customers and prospects Sales Take the initiative to promote our wellness program CFBH assist in the selling of accessories and customer care plans by demonstrating the benefits to the customers Diary Management Manage dispenser diary to maximise appointment potential Administration Timely accurate and orderly general support Presentation Present and maintain the clinic in keeping our brand promise Minor hearing aid repairs training provided To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following Friendly communicator and strong influencer who enjoys working with people Motivated confident to assist clinic achieve and exceed targets and goals eg asking for referrals and promoting accessories and customer care plans comes naturally Experience confident in using CRM systems databases and sound knowledge of MS office products Experience with Navision desirable Energised about the responsibilities colleagues customers and the company Good and solid skills in written communication Organised punctual and detail orientated Continually demonstrating high attention to detail Able to use initiative where required and have strong problem solving ability Comfortable working as part of a small team and on occasions autonomously Able to accommodate changes to your roster at short notice Flexible to work additional days to assist with cover for sick special leave requirement Flexible to work additional days including up to fulltime hours at times to assist with cover for annual special leave requirements If you are a people person eager to become an integral part of a growing team we offer a great team environment with ongoing training as well as an attractive remuneration package Please include a cover letter and let us know what has attracted you to this opportunity Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
