We are currently seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our Auckland Customer Service team! This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the primary responsibilities of this position include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients
Processing client orders
Acting as an advisor on a range of veterinary products and services offered
Building and fostering strong relationships with our clients to provide that personal touch
Managing client requests and queries
Maintaining our CRM system
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
Prior experience in the animal health or veterinary industry
Veterinary Nurse and/or Veterinary front office experience (highly advantageous)
Excellent telephone manner and etiquette, with the ability to provide a personalised customer experience
A strong team player mindset and drive to achieve shares goals
Experience with database management and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
