Our client is a national organisation with several branches and distribution centres providing specialist knowledge and solutions to all service sectors.
The role would suit someone with an ability to multi task, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing quality service each and every time.
You will be responsible for managing phone and email enquiries, processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records. You are also regularly liaising with both internal and external contacts so a strong customer service focus is important. You must have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to pick up technical terminology.
This is a Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm position offering a competitive salary in a dynamic organisation that recognises potential. This could be a great opportunity for a recent graduate to build and develop new skills and gain office experience.
Initially this will be a temporary position but there is the possibility of a permanent role for the right person.
