We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who must have at least 3 years of hands-on customer service managerial Experience or management Qualifications at level 5 or above.
Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers
Possibly delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams
Managing incoming calls and emails
Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
Reporting back on results
Develops and reviews policies, programs, and procedures regarding customer relationships and goods and services provided.
Ensure operational efficiency in the business
Provide direction and feedback to team members and support recruitment.
Manage, motivate and develop staff that provide customer service
After-sales service planning and implementation to track customer satisfaction, ensure the performance of purchased products, and modify and improve the services provided.
Contact other organizational units, service agents, and customers to understand and respond to customer expectations.
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
Efficiency and organizational skills
Administrative skills
Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results, and details of the customer
