Destination Westland is looking for a friendly, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant at the Hokitika i-site and NZTA/AA Agency. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team that takes pride in supporting our community and showcasing the rich history, culture, and natural landscapes of our region.As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-facing customer service, assisting AA clients with driver and vehicle licensing inquiries, ensuring that clients receive accurate information, and sales are achieved where possible. The role requires flexibility, including working alternate weekends and covering roster needs during peak periods and staff leave.We are looking for cheerful and energetic individuals who excel in busy environments, have adequate computer skills (including word processing, Excel, internet, and email), and can process bookings and ensure customer satisfaction.
