Wide Open is a distributor for high-end bicycle components and accessories. They are passionate about the industry and operate from the world-renowned mountain bike mecca of New Zealand, Rotorua.

Wide Open have an established dealer network nationwide, as well as a fantastic and dedicated team. Wide Open pride themselves on their level of expertise and high level of service. The full-time Customer Service and Digital Administration role plays an important part in meeting customer expectations and being a step ahead of their needs. This role comes with responsibility: customer service and sales, digital administration, and warehouse support. With excellent systems in place, established networks and training provided, you would need the capacity to upskill yourself on the components for distribution and be able to provide sound product advice.

Here's what you need:
An understanding of the bicycle industry, and a love of it
A passion for biking and a mechanical mind to gain product knowledge quickly
Exemplary commitment to customer service, above and beyond is the standard
Sales skills, the ability to foresee customers' needs before they do
An understanding of digital platforms
A communicator, in person, over the phone, and written
Strong drive and organisation, a love of systems, continual improvement
An understanding of supply chain and warehousing would be an advantage.
